TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations:
Reservations can be made personally at our Panama office o by phone, fax, email or website. To guarantee a reservation, a deposit is required that is equivalent to the number of nights booked, as follows:

From 1 to 3 nights: payment of the first night.

More than 3 nights: 50% of the total cost of the room reserved.

Packages: 50% of the total cost.
These terms may vary according to the reservation policy of each individual hotel. Please verify upon making your reservation.
Payments can be made in cash, bank deposit, wire transfer, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club). It should be effective between 24 to 72 hrs. once the reservation has been made, in order to guarantee our booking services.
Holidays and Special Dates: Restrictions apply.
Senior Citizens: Welcome, our company applies a charge of $10.00 for booking services. Special discounts for senior citizens on weekdays and weekends, respectively.
Additional Fees for Reservation Services: There is an additional fee to be charged for those hotels whose rates are equal or lower than $20.00 per room. If applicable, these fees are specified in the individual pages of the respective hotel.
Hotel rates can change regularly. Please verify with us via email, fax or phone before making your reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of a reservation can be made at no cost to the customer 48 hours prior to been utilized. All cancellations made after this period, will have a charge of 50% of the total amount given as a deposit. Nevertheless, it is understood that Centro de Reserva Panamá has the right to modify these terms in order to comply with the respective hotel's policies on this subject.
These terms may vary according to the reservation policy of each individual hotel. Please verify upon making your reservation.

Date change:
A reservation can be changed to another date, at no additional cost for the customer, up to 48 hours before it comes into effect. In case of a cancellation, the same charges described in the above numeral are valid. Restrictions apply for Holidays and Special Dates.

1. Payment in cash, check to the order of Centro de Reserva Panamá and credit cards at our office located in Calle Manuel Maria Ycaza y Vía España, Building Campo Alegre, 1st floor, office No. 1 C-A. Phone (507)269-6166.
2. Bank deposits:

3. Wire transfers (please see transfer information)
4. Payments with charge to your credit card (Manual digitation)
5. Payments by Messenger services (calling our office to coordinate the date, time and place of the collection).
Payment of Additional Hotel Services:
These are paid directly by the customer at the hotel.
Check-in Time:
Centro de Reserva Panamá does not establish directly the check-in time of the hotel. This varies according to the policy of each individual hotel. Upon making your reservation, we will let you know the check-in time.
Check-out Time:
Centro de Reserva Panamá does not establish directly the check-out time of the hotel. This varies according to the policy of each individual hotel. Upon making your reservation, we will let you know the check-out time.
Children Rates:
Centro de Reserva Panamá does not classify children’s age. This varies according to the policy of each individual hotel. Upon making your reservation, we will let you know the age and lodging cost for children.

Season Dates:
High Season:
Centro de Reserva Panamá does not establish directly the high or low seasons of a hotel. This varies according to the policy of each individual hotel. Upon making your reservation, we will let you know the dates of the High Season.
Low Season:
Centro de Reserva Panamá does not establish directly the high or low seasons of a hotel. This varies according to the policy of each individual hotel. Upon making your reservation, we will let you know the dates of the Low Season
Proof of Payment:
When paying your reservation, Centro de Reserva Panamá will give you a voucher that contains information and details on the reservation made. This voucher stands for the total amount of money paid in full or as a deposit for the reservation. It is sent by fax or email to the customer and hotel respectively.
Response Policy to the Requests made through the Web:
All reservation requests made through our website are processed and replied in a period no longer than 24 hours.
General Liabilities:
Centro de Reseva Panamá is not liable for theft, robbery or accidents that occur or may occur to a guest at a hotel member of our reservation center. On the same line, Centro de Reserva Panamá is not responsible for fights, uproars or any other damage caused by a customer of our reservation center.
In the case of misfortunes caused by Nature (earthquakes, floods) or strikes the hotels have the right to change, cancel or indemnify a reservation. All of these to guarantee the safety and tranquility of the guest.
Any difference that arises or may arise between a hotel member of our reservation center and our customer, Centro de Reserva Panamá has no liability; nevertheless, Centro de Reserva Panamá will collaborate to serve as a mediator between the parties for a consensus agreement, always looking to seek the well-being of the involved parties.
